Paid acquisition and creative strategy for apparel and accessories brands.

Privacy Policy

Last updated 8 September 2026.

This policy covers the Ad-to-Order Teardown request form at seymmonmarkov.com/teardown/ and the tracking that runs on that page. It describes what actually happens to what you send us, not what is theoretically possible.

Who is responsible

Seymon Markov (“we”, “us”) is the controller of the data described on this page. We are a performance marketing agency based in Brazil, working with apparel and accessories brands, including brands in the United States.

Questions about anything on this page, or a request to delete your data, go to suporte@seymonmarkov.com.br. A person reads that inbox and answers inside one business day.

What we collect, and why

There are two kinds. What you type, and what your browser reports.

What you type

The request form asks for four things, all required:

We use this to decide whether your store is a fit, to do the review, and to reply. Nothing else. If the answer is no, you still get an email with the reason.

The form also carries a hidden field that must stay empty. It exists to catch automated submissions and holds no information about you.

What your browser reports

When the form is submitted, the request also carries:

This is how we know which ad produced which request. It is also what lets us stop paying for advertising that does not work.

Where it goes

RecipientWhat reaches itWhy
Our own automation server (n8n, self-hosted) Everything above Receives the form and routes it. It is our server, not a third-party service.
Pipedrive (CRM) Name, email, store URL, your selected challenge, and the campaign parameters So the request becomes a task somebody has to answer, and nothing is lost in an inbox.
Meta (Conversions API) Your email hashed with SHA-256, your first name hashed the same way, your IP address and user agent. Never the plain values, never your store URL, never your challenge. So Meta can tell that an ad produced a request, without us handing over a readable customer list.
Google Sheets A copy of the request, for reading and reporting Archive. Not currently enabled. This row stays here because it is configured and one switch away; the day it is turned on, nothing else about this policy changes.

We do not sell your data, we do not trade it, and we do not add you to a marketing list. You are not subscribed to anything by sending this form. If that ever changes, this page changes first and the form says so before you send it.

Your store, your numbers and anything you tell us do not end up on a page like this one, for the same reason nobody else's are on it.

Where your data is processed

We are based in Brazil. When you send this form, what you typed leaves the United States and is read, stored and answered in Brazil. Our automation server is ours and sits in Brazil; Pipedrive, Meta and Google are US companies and hold their part where they hold it.

Brazil has a national data protection law, the LGPD, and a regulator that enforces it. We apply the same standard to you that we apply to a Brazilian brand: you can ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it, whichever country you are in. If that is not acceptable to you, do not send the form — and that is a legitimate answer, not a hoop.

Tracking on this page

Three tools load in your browser:

These three set cookies or equivalent browser storage. The page also stores the campaign parameters for the length of your visit so a reload does not lose where you came from.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, none of the three load and no event is sent. The form still works. We built it that way on purpose, and it is the simplest way to opt out.

Selling and sharing

We do not sell your information. Nobody pays us for it, we do not trade it, and we do not put you on a list that anyone else can rent.

US state privacy laws also use the word share for something narrower: handing an identifier to an advertising platform so it can connect you to an ad. Sending your hashed email to Meta so it can tell that its ad produced your request falls inside that definition. We would rather write that down than claim a clean “we never share” that the Conversions API would contradict.

Two ways to stop it, both of which we honour and neither of which costs you the review: turn on Do Not Track before you load the page, or write to us and say you want the advertising events switched off for your request. There is no form for that, and it does not change the answer you get.

How long we keep it

When a period runs out, the data is deleted or anonymised. Nothing sits in an archive indefinitely because nobody got round to cleaning it.

Your choices

One email to the address at the top of this page does any of these. We do not require a form, an account or a reason.

If you are in the United States

Several US states — California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and others — give residents rights over their personal information. Those laws apply to companies above a certain size, and we are a small agency that is very probably below every one of those thresholds.

We are not going to make you find that out. We grant the rights on this page to everyone who asks, in any state and any country, without checking whether we were obliged to. That means access, a copy, correction, deletion, and the advertising opt-out described above.

Because we operate from Brazil, the LGPD applies to us directly, and it already requires most of the above. You are getting the stricter of the two standards by default rather than the one your address happens to trigger.

Children

This is a business-to-business page for people who run a store. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not apply a new policy retroactively to data already collected under an older one.
