Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains what information Seymon Markov ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it plain on purpose.
Who is responsible
Seymon Markov is the controller of the information collected through this site. For any privacy request — access, correction, or deletion — contact us at contact@seymmonmarkov.com.
What we collect
When you submit the Full-Price Margin Read form, we collect the information you enter:
- Your first name, email address and phone number.
- Your website or Instagram handle.
Those four fields are the whole form. There is no free-text field and we do not ask for revenue, margin or ad spend figures on this page.
We also collect limited technical and campaign information automatically:
- Marketing attribution parameters from the link you arrived through (UTM tags and click identifiers such as those set by Google and Meta).
- The page URL and standard analytics data (see "Analytics and advertising" below).
Why we use it
- To review your brand and prepare and deliver the audit you requested.
- To contact you about the audit and, if relevant, our services.
- To understand which campaigns bring in the right brands, and to improve the site.
The legal basis for processing is your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this funnel on our behalf:
- Pipedrive — our CRM, where your submission is stored so we can follow up.
- n8n — the automation that receives your submission and routes it to our CRM.
- Meta — for conversion measurement. When you submit the form we send Meta a record of the event, so we can tell which ads produce real enquiries. Your email, phone number and name are hashed (irreversibly scrambled with SHA-256) before they leave your browser, and we also send a random identifier we generate for your browser. Meta receives all of it in de-identified form and never sees the values you typed. We do not send Meta anything you wrote in the free-text field.
- Google Analytics 4 — for aggregate site analytics, if enabled.
- Microsoft Clarity — for heatmaps and session replay, if enabled. Clarity records how visitors move, scroll and click on the page so we can find what is confusing and fix it. Text you type into the form is masked in the recording, and we do not use Clarity to identify you.
Some of these providers process data in the United States. Where your information is transferred internationally, it is handled under the providers' standard data-protection safeguards.
Analytics and advertising
This site may use the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, which set cookies and similar technologies to measure how the site and our ads perform. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised advertising through your Meta and Google ad settings. Clarity offers its own opt out at clarity.microsoft.com/terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your submission for as long as needed to evaluate fit and stay in touch about the audit and our services, and thereafter as required for our legitimate business and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email contact@seymmonmarkov.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and post the new version on this page.
This page identifies Seymon Markov as the controller and the contact address above for requests. Add your registered legal-entity details (registration number and address) before scaling paid traffic, and have the final wording reviewed by your legal counsel.
